Charter Fishing
Join Captain Robert Douglas for the trip of a lifetime targeting Striped Bass, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, White Marlin, Black Sea Bass, Tautog, Bluefish, False Albacore, Atlantic Bonito and more! A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your selected date. Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the trip to receive your deposit back. If the Captain cancels due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule a date that will work for you and if we cannot we will return your deposit. We accept cash, check and Venmo. Offshore: 4 people max, Inshore: 5 people max, Sunset Cruise: 6 people max. All prices include bait, fuel, water, snacks, and fishing gear, but NOT tips (industry standard 20%). About the Vessel
"Two Sonny" is a 32 ft Everglades center console with twin Yamaha 350 HP engines. It is fully equipped with radar, sonar, radio, gps, private bathroom, music radio, and more. This boat was specifically made to go offshore to target big fish and be able to handle the weather. There are plenty of comfortable seats for your entire party and even a built-in retractable table that can fit 5 people to have lunch or a drink. Everglades are known for being built with the best material and having a patent for how they build it which makes the boat unsinkable. Captain Robert Douglas has been fishing on this boat for over 10 years and knows the ins and outs as well as what the boat can handle to ensure you have a safe and fun trip.
Full Day Offshore Fishing (12hrs) - $2000
Offshore fishing in Rhode Island can offer some of the best fishing in the world. We primarily target Bluefin Tuna which can range in size from 25 inches to 100+ inches*! Depending on the time of year and conditions we will also be targeting Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and White Marlin. While offshore, we will mostly do a style of fishing called "run and gun" fishing. This involves running around looking for fish, birds, whales, dolphins, and anything else that might indicate Tuna, Mahi Mahi, or Marlin will be around. We will be casting, jigging, trolling, chunking, and live baiting. * Giant Bluefin Tuna fishing is only during late summer and is very different from normal offshore fishing, call for more info.
Canyon Trip (20-24hrs) - $3500
Canyon fishing is world class. There are only a few places in the world where you can catch Giant Bluefin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Albacore Tuna, Blue Marlin, Swordfish, White Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Spearfish and Wahoo in the same day! Fortunately we will be able to target all of these species (besides swordfish) at the same time while trolling. If you want to try for a Swordfish we will simply stop the boat and drop a bait over 1,000ft down to catch one! The Northeast Canyons is a chain of underwater canyons stretching from NY to past the tip of Cape Cod. We will stick to the closer canyons which will be 85-100 miles from the dock. These trips are for experienced anglers that are comfortable with long boat rides.
Full Day Inshore Fishing (8hrs) - $1000
Inshore fishing in Rhode Island is well known for its large Striped Bass, Plentiful amount of Black Sea Bass, and one of the best place to catch Tautog. With a full day trip, we will be able to target all of the major inshore species depending on the conditions and time of the year. If there is a specific fish you would like to fish for, we will do whatever it takes to get you on your bucket list fish. We will be doing a lot of casting to schools of fish, trolling, jigging, live-baiting, and bottom fishing.
Half Day Inshore Fishing (4hrs) - $600
Inshore fishing in Rhode Island is well known for its large Striped Bass, Plentiful amount of Black Sea Bass, and one of the best place to catch Tautog. With a half day trip, we will be able to target a few of the major inshore species depending on the conditions and time of the year. If there is a specific fish you would like to fish for, we will do whatever it takes to get you on your bucket list fish. We will be doing a lot of casting to schools of fish, trolling, jigging, live-baiting, and bottom fishing. Either 7am-11am 1pm-5pm
Sunset Cruise - $100 per hour
Rhode Islands coast is one of the most scenic in the entire country boasting lighthouses, beaches, cliffs, and the famous Newport Mansions. Sunset is most popular time for a cruise but if you want to be on the boat for longer to sight see or anchor off a beach we can certainly accommodate that.
Personalized Trips
This could be anything. Like an hour long fishing trip right before sunset because there is a feed right outside the harbor or a Giant Bluefin Tuna trip if the bite is hot. As well as an offshore trip for someone with a disability that requires specific planning and coordination.
